Building a Spectacular Leadership Culture
In this dynamic presentation, we will outline exactly what is needed to build an extraordinary culture. We’ll demonstrate how cultivating organizational vision, environment, and culture are crucial to creating both high-performing organizations and leadership factories. The core ingredient to building exceptional organizations is having outstanding leadership at all levels. But this requires skilled and well-trained leaders who are truly committed to the success of both their people and the mission. And this must be intentional; it must be part of the overall plan. Building an exceptional leadership culture takes thought, effort, and investment. The presentation is supported by a meticulously designed PowerPoint presentation intended to further engage and challenge attendees through the use of videos, case studies, and similar curricula.
High Performance Leadership
Leadership is among the most challenging, exciting, and rewarding experiences one could have, but like anything else, it is a learned skill set. Today’s law enforcement leaders must be highly skilled and highly knowledgeable as to the tenets and possibilities of modern leadership. Presented in a methodized outline manner in concert with PowerPoint, this presentation will begin with a discussion on the concept and true definition of leadership followed by analysis of the existing law enforcement leadership development structure. We will examine the traits of successful leaders in law enforcement, the private sector, the military, and beyond. We will also explore where leaders sometimes fall short. Ultimately, taking your leadership to the next level is accomplished by taking your people to the next level. When executed properly, the possibilities are limitless. This course will benefit both new and seasoned law enforcement leaders.
Leadership 2025: A Fresh Look at Leadership and Leadership Development in Today’s World
In many organizations, newly appointed leaders are sent to a two or three-day class on supervision and are never indoctrinated into the ideas and possibilities of modern leadership training. For many, that will be the only leadership training they attend throughout their entire career. Often, this results in leaders who don’t know how to lead. Provided in a methodized outline manner in concert with a PowerPoint, this presentation will begin with a discussion on the concept and true definition of leadership followed by analysis of the existing law enforcement leadership development structure. The presentation will then segway to the exact leadership concepts that are of such importance that they should be covered and reinforced each year. In the lecture, each concept will be reviewed as to its definition, relevance, importance, and resulting benefit to the organization. Each concept will then be further examined using a case study or other real-world example/application.
