The winning plays when executed properly, will allow team members to identify and defeat their personal and professional limitations. Reflection and in-game adjustments will be made as team members solve the fear equation with a personal S.W.O.T. Analysis. During the winning drive team members will create personal tools and strategies that will evolve into personal victories.
