Tom Shaw

I'm Tom Shaw, a dedicated Speaker and Coach hailing from the Leawood Kansas. My passion is centered on inspiring and motivating individuals and groups to embark on a transformational journey towards self-improvement. By confronting and sharing my own narrative of overcoming trauma, my aim is to unlock the potential that resides within each person. With a rich tapestry of experiences, I practice the art of storytelling to connect deeply with my audience, eliciting both empathy and ambition to foster growth and resilience. 1985 I slept walked out of my girlfriends house and drove away in my car. I jumped a drainage ditch and broke my back becoming paralyzed from the waist down. As time passed I became more able with years of rehab. Later in life I detoxed from a 33year Opioid addiction. Again, overcoming trauma and addiction has been two life events I have experienced to be qualified to motivate other to becoming their best self.
